Nau mai, haere mai! It is with great pride that I introduce you to Te Pahu School, nestled at the base of the majestic Mt. Pirongia. As the Tumuaki (Principal), I am privileged to lead a dedicated and professional team that places our learners at the heart of everything we do.

At Te Pahu School, our vision is captured in the phrase, “Niwha te ngākau kia eke panuku” — attitude determines altitude. We strive to inspire our learners to reach their full potential by providing opportunities tailored to their unique learning styles and strong sense of identity. We believe that every student’s unique background and perspective enrich our school, and we are committed to creating a space where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed. Our learning extends beyond the classroom, utilizing the abundant resources around us and honouring our local history. We are proud to be backed by a strong community and believe it’s important for our students to recognize the value of service to others.
